After 4 years of having a physical shop on Tamborine Mountain working with twenty local artists, now we are selling only on-line and by appointment and featuring only our own work, that of Maki and Hillel.

As anyone who has really seen her work can attest, Maki is a truly fantastic artist. Hillel is greatly inspired by her paintings, (not to mention drawings, prints and ceramics) and little poems spring into his heart (well, sometimes, anyway. . . ) and they have created 10 books together.

It is this combination of Maki's paintings and Hillel's haiku that we will be focusing on for this website. This takes the form of prints, books, and cards, and these can be seen in our shop.

mxxxxxxmMaki's paintings can be seen in, a variety of places both on the internet and in the physical world:
 ssss- Marks and Gardner Gallery, also known as "The Secret Garden", on Tamborine Mountain has a yearly exhibition of her work.(Next on in June, 2011) It's definitely worth a visit if you're in this area as they always have a few of her pieces.
ssss- Paintbox Fine Art, in Canberra, starting in 2010, has a yearly exhibition of her work. (next one in February, 2012)
ssss- Ardleigh Cleveland Gallery at the Coolum Hyatt Regency on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
